At Seedance2, we strive to provide high-quality AI video generation services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so we offer refunds under certain conditions.

Credit Package Refunds
For one-time credit package purchases:

| Usage Limit | Credits used must not exceed 50% of purchased amount |
| Time Limit | Within 30 days of purchase |
| Refund Method | Only unused credit value refunded (minus processing fees) |
Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a subscription plan, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

| Time Limit | Within 7 days of purchase |
| Usage Limit | Credits used must not exceed 10% of total subscription credits |
| Refund Method | Proportional refund after deducting used credits |
| Processing Fee | Payment provider fees (~5%) will be deducted |
Auto-Renewal Refunds
If your subscription auto-renewed and you wish to cancel:

| Prerequisite | No credits used during the renewed billing period |
| Time Limit | Within 7 days of automatic renewal |
| Refund Method | Full refund, subscription cancelled immediately |
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Payment processing fees
- Credit packages with more than 50% credits used
- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund window
- Auto-renewals where credits have been used
- Credit packages purchased more than 30 days ago
